The ANSR Party will enshrine the absolute right to medical self-determination within the Republic’s Bill of Rights. Every Australian will have the final say over their body—free from coercion, mandate, or manipulation. This includes the right to refuse or accept treatments, vaccines, or medical procedures based on informed personal choice.

To protect public health without compromising individual liberty, the ANSR will reclassify pharmaceutical corporations as public-interest entities. Where necessary, they will be nationalised—brought under full state ownership and oversight. This ensures that medicine serves the people, not shareholders.

No Australian will ever again be forced to choose between livelihood and bodily autonomy. Under the Republic, health policy will be guided by transparency, ethics, and the uncompromising defence of personal freedom.

The ANSR Party does not celebrate or encourage drug use. We reject the liberal normalisation of substance abuse and the destruction it brings to families, communities, and national spirit.

But we also recognise reality: prohibition has failed. It has empowered foreign cartels, flooded our streets with poison, and left young Australians vulnerable to chaos sold as freedom.

Under ANSR governance, the Republic will take full control of drug policy. Select naturally-occurring substances — such as cannabis and psilocybin — will be decriminalised and regulated under strict state supervision. Like alcohol or tobacco, these substances will be treated as adult vices — controlled, taxed, and contained. No advertising. No glamorisation. No foreign imports.

There will be zero tolerance for synthetic narcotics and destructive hard drugs such as methamphetamine and heroin. These will remain banned and harshly punished — treated as acts of aggression against the Australian people.

All legal production and distribution will occur domestically, within a tightly regulated framework that prioritises national health and order. Revenue from this system will be redirected into robust education, detoxification, and rehabilitation programs — not to subsidise use, but to end dependence.

This is not leniency. It’s containment. The goal is not cultural decay — it is national resilience. We will not allow the future of Australia to be outsourced to criminal networks and foreign chemical labs.

The ANSR Party recognises that a nation's strength lies in its people — in their health, vitality, and continuity. Declining fertility rates among women, and falling testosterone levels among young men represent a critical threat to Australia's future. This is not merely a medical issue — it is a civilisational one.

The ANSR will launch a national health initiative focused on restoring vitality, addressing environmental and lifestyle factors that undermine fertility, and promoting robust physical and mental health. This will include large-scale research, dietary reform, and the removal of endocrine-disrupting chemicals from consumer goods and the environment.

Australia’s cultural survival depends on strong families and expanding communities. The ANSR will implement clear, targeted policies to reverse demographic decline, support family formation, and ensure a healthy, growing population.

• Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are a living part of this land’s story. The Minister for Indigenous Australians will be then space and manpower to focus on supporting large, healthy families, improving healthcare access, and protecting the cultural integrity of these communities as vital pillars of the Republic.

• European-Australian Communities are facing a demographic collapse across the Western world. Australia cannot afford to follow. We will introduce financial incentives, tax relief, housing assistance, and education reforms to promote the growth and stability of European-Australian families — ensuring cultural continuity for generations to come.

This is not about exclusion. It is about survival.
