The leadership of the Australian Nationalist Social Republic (ANSR) is structured centrally to ensure stability, accountability, and a clear national direction.

The Party is organised around four key federal bodies:

  1. The Sovereign Office, headed by the President of Australia and supported by the Governor-General. This office is responsible for upholding and safeguarding the Republic's Constitution and Bill of Rights.

  2. The Federal Executive Cabinet, comprising all Ministers tasked with governing and administering the nation on a day-to-day basis.

  3. The National Executive Committee, which determines the strategic policy and ideological direction of the Party.

  4. The Party Management Committee, which manages the Party's daily operations, internal coordination, and administrative functions.

These federal bodies work in concert with the State Party Offices to form a cohesive and comprehensive leadership framework for the Republic.
