REPUBLIC

For decades, Australia has been trapped in a hollow two-party system — offering illusion, not choice.

While the nation declines — economically, culturally, strategically — career politicians trade soundbites, not solutions.
The true interests of the Australian people are sidelined in favour of foreign agendas, short-term optics, and class preservation.

The ANSR marks a break, not from one party to another, but from a failed political order.

We reject a system built to serve global capital, imported ideology, and career management.
In its place, we offer something serious: a Republic governed with duty, not theatre — and built for the people who live, work, and bleed here.

Our mission is clear:
— To defend Australia's ethnic, cultural, and political identity
— To restore competence and clarity to national governance
— To end the cycle of decline with a system that serves the nation, not itself

This is not reform.
This is the alternative.

The ANSR will not campaign for permission.
We are building for what comes next, and for those who remain are ready to choose something real.

  • The Republic of Australia formally recognises its three founding peoples—Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and European—as the cultural and historical pillars of the nation. These distinct groups form the enduring identity and rightful stewards of the Australian homeland.

Citizenship is reserved for those of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and/or European descent. Only Citizens may vote, stand for office, serve in national positions, or participate in national service.

Residency is open to individuals of good character who contribute to Australia’s stability and prosperity, but it does not confer political rights.

The ANSR rejects the commodification of identity and asserts that national belonging cannot be bought or substituted. Australia's identity is sacred—rooted in blood, history, and duty—and must be protected for future generations.

Without Australians, there is no Australia.

  • Australia’s future doesn’t lie in breaking from our past — but in fulfilling it.

The ANSR Constitution marks our transition from subject to citizen. From colony to Republic. It is not born of resentment or rebellion, but of maturity. Of a people grown strong enough to govern themselves.

We honour our inheritance — our institutions, our symbols, our civil tradition. But we no longer answer to a distant crown. We answer to the Australian people.

This is not rejection. It is completion.

  • The ANSR will replace adversarial party politics with a unified, expert-driven governance model:

    • House of Representatives: Members are selected by occupational peer vote from industries such as agriculture, education, manufacturing, and healthcare. Legislation is shaped by real-world knowledge & experience, not party loyalty.

    • Senate: Maintains geographical representation, giving voice to rural, regional, and metropolitan communities across the states.

Together, this bicameral system unites technical expertise with regional accountability—ensuring that Parliament serves Australians, not factions.

  • The Prime Minister, under Presidential Decree, is granted direct executive authority to manage national affairs efficiently while remaining accountable to the people.

    • Enabling Act: Allows the Prime Minister to pass critical legislation swiftly during national emergencies.

    • Appeals Act: Enables citizens or officials to challenge executive actions in accordance with constitutional principles.

    • Civic Referendum: Grants the public binding power to nullify unjust laws or decisions.

This system guarantees both effective leadership and democratic safeguards.

  • Enshrined in the new Constitution, the Bill of Rights defines and protects the fundamental freedoms for all Australians. It defends against tyranny in all forms—whether imposed abruptly or eroded gradually.

Rights to speech, conscience, assembly, and due process will be protected, ensuring government remains a servant of the people. This Bill is more than legal formality—it is a national covenant, inviolable and enduring.

  • Australia will transition from a monarchy to a Republic with an elected President as Head of State. Chosen directly by the people, the President will safeguard national sovereignty and act as Commander-in-Chief.

The President appoints a Governor-General, who grants legislative assent and exercises reserve powers in accordance with the Constitution. A Transition Committee will manage this shift, alongside public education campaigns to ensure a smooth, democratic transformation.
