IMMIGRATION

The ANSR supports a strict, disciplined immigration policy — designed to preserve Australia’s cultural identity and protect the homeland of its founding peoples.

The Republic of Australia stands on the legacy of three rooted nations:
— Aboriginal Australians
— Torres Strait Islanders
— And the Europeans who built the modern state

These are not interchangeable populations. They are the foundation of this country, and they will not be displaced.

Immigration into the Republic will be tightly controlled.
Applicants must demonstrate full alignment with the Australian way of life — fluency in English, deep knowledge of our history, and proven loyalty to the law, the land, and its people.

Immigration may offer benefits, but not at the expense of Australia’s founding nations.

The ANSR will block the rise of cultural, religious, or economic blocs that fragment national cohesion or erode the agency of the host population.

This is not just policy. It is a duty.
A nation that cannot defend its identity will lose it — and everything that comes with it.

The Republic will be bound by loyalty, shared values, and historical continuity, not managed demographics.

  • The ANSR Party supports an immigration policy rooted in national interest and cultural preservation. Foreign-born residents will never exceed 11.5% of the total combined Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, and European populations — ensuring Australians do not become a statistical minority in their own nation, streets, or workplaces.

Residency in Australia is not a commodity. It is a privilege earned through merit, character, and cultural compatibility. The ANSR will strictly regulate entry, ensuring only those aligned with the Republic’s values are permitted to reside within its borders.

    Immigration will follow two pathways:

    Pathway to Residency
Open to men and women of good character seeking to live, work, or study in Australia. Each application will be assessed on personal merit and capacity to contribute to national stability and prosperity.

    Pathway to Citizenship
Available only to individuals of Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander, or European descent who have held residency for at least three years. Applicants must submit documentation, pay fees, and pass a citizenship interview or test. Full citizenship rights will be granted incrementally over seven years, culminating in participation at all levels of governance.

Only Citizens and Nationals will be counted toward the official Australian population.

The Republic reserves the right to evaluate all applications case-by-case — particularly from nations marked by ethnic, cultural, or political instability — where integration may risk Australia’s cohesion and security.

This policy affirms that immigration exists to serve the nation — not the other way around. It protects Australia’s cultural inheritance, safeguards its future, and upholds the sovereign right of a people to decide who joins them.

  • The ANSR Party will offer meaningful incentives for non-Citizen Residents of the Republic—effective from the date of the Republic’s founding—to voluntarily return to their ancestral homelands or a nation of their choosing.

Participants will be supported with structured financial assistance. Their assets may be converted, under national oversight, into compatible currency or liquid holdings to enable a smooth, dignified departure and transition.

This is not a punitive measure, but a pragmatic one. The ANSR believes the most valuable form of foreign aid is empowering individuals to build prosperity in their own nations—armed with the education, skills, and experience gained during their time in Australia.

Voluntary repatriation strengthens domestic cohesion while fostering goodwill abroad. It aligns foreign aid with national interest and ensures both Australia and the nations receiving their people benefit from this responsible and humane solution.
